Attention iPhone Mobile App Users!

Please wait to update to the latest iOS 14.5 operating system and disable iOS automatic updates if turned on.  Our app is not yet compatible with the new operating system.  We are currently working on updates and will notify you when the new app is available.  

Please do the following steps to ensure you can continue to use the Mobile App:

Go to Settings > General > Software Update > Automatic Updates, then turn off Download and Install iOS Updates.

  • When will iOS 14.5 become available to download?

Apple has not yet announced a specific date, but sometime within the next few weeks.  

  • How will I know when I should update my iPhone to iOS 14.5?

Please watch for further details on this page - we will let you know when to update both your iOS and mobile app.  

  • How do I know what iOS version I currently have?

To find the software version installed on your device, go to Settings > General, then tap About. 

  • What happens if I already updated my iPhone to iOS 14.5?

You will not be able to access your mobile banking app until a new iOS 14.5 compatible version is released to the App Store.  In the meantime, please use online banking on our website to access your accounts and manage your money.  

  • What happens if I have automatic iOS updates turned on? 

Go to Settings > General > Software Update > Automatic Updates, then turn off Download and Install iOS Updates.
