Covid-19 Update

Premier Financial Credit Union continues to serve members by DRIVE-THRU ACCESS ONLY for routine transactions. The lobbies are open by appointment only during business hours for other services (account opening, loan closing, safe deposit box entry and other needs).

Daily our staffing levels have been impacted as we navigate through these challenging times. With members of our staff or their family having to quarantine due to an exposure or being asked to stay home with other seasonal illness. Please know we are doing our best to serve you in the manner you are accustom to. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work through these challenging times.

A branch may unexpectedly have to close for deep cleaning or staffing shortages. This may result in a particular branch being closed for a period time or operating with reduced hours. Our team has done an excellent job practicing social distancing, wearing their masks, and keeping work areas clean. Their diligence has allowed us to continue to serve you!

For your convenience we encourage you to use Online or Mobile BankingBank by Phone and the ATM when possible. We enjoy seeing your smiling faces in the drive-thru but understand the wait time can be frustrating. Our team is working as quickly and efficiently as possible when serving you.

Please check our website, yourpfcu.com or Facebook page for the most up to date branch notifications before visiting the credit union.
