Your patience is appreciated as we transition to our new online banking. Our Development Team is working non-stop to make real time enhancements to the program and improve your experience. They are working to resolve some technical aspects on new features. Please bear with us as the team works through these.
You may experience some delays when enrolling due to increased traffic.

Online Banking  

Online Banking will be receiving a technology upgrade on May 14, 2020. The upgrade will include a new Online Banking and Bill Pay program. We are excited to share this upgrade; it will include a Mobile Banking App and other features you have been requesting.

All Online Banking users will have to enroll in the new Online Banking program as a first-time user on or after Thursday, May 14, 2020.

Online Banking Users
Online Banking users will be receiving a letter in the mail at the address we have on file before the technology upgrade takes place. The letter will provide login, enrollment and other important details about the technology upgrade. All users will have to enroll in the new Online Banking program as a first-time user once the upgrade takes place.

Bill Pay Users
Bill Pay users will be receiving a phone call or a secure message in Online Banking from a Premier Financial Credit Union team member before the upgrade takes place. This call will help assist you with the bills and payees you currently have set-up and provide login, enrollment and other important details. Please note: No Bill Payments will be sent from your current Bill Payment Account after Monday, May 11, 2020.  

The Online Banking Technology Upgrade Information Center will be updated with important details as the upgrade approaches.

How to Enroll in the New Online Banking Program  

To help assist you view the Member Guide to New Online Banking Program Brochure. This step by step guide will provide Online Banking Login Instructions, Mobile App Instructions, Sign-Up for e-Statements, Bill Pay Enrollment Set-Up and more.  All Online Banking users will have to enroll in the new Online Banking program as a first-time user on or after Thursday, May 14, 2020.

Step-By-Step Online Banking Login Instructions

You MUST enroll as a first-time user to access the new online banking program.

1. Select  Enroll on the Online Banking Login Box , follow the prompts to enroll.

Enroll in Online Banking:
2. Click in the box, I’m not a robot.
3. Click Continue.
4. Member ID: Enter your Member Number
5. SSN (Last 4 digits): Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number/Tax Id Number.
6. Street Number: Enter your numeric address.
Do not use any alpha characters. For example, if your address is W1234, enter 1234. If you have a P.O. Box, enter only the box number. For example, P.O. Box 123, you would enter 123.
7. Click Next.
8. Logon ID: Create your Logon ID.
9. Security Code: Create a security code.
10.Confirm Security Code: Enter security code.
11. Enroll.

Message: You have successfully enrolled! You may log on using your new Logon ID and Security Code.

12. Select click here to log on.

Log On:
13. Enter your Logon ID and Security Code.
14. Log On.
15. Select and answer Security Questions.
16. Continue.
17. Add Profile Information (email address, confirm email address, and mobile phone).
18. Save.

You have completed the set-up and are now logged in to the Online Banking program.

Online Statements (e-Statements) 

Under the Accounts Tab, select Online Statements to sign-up to receive and view your credit union statement electronically. At the beginning of the month you will receive an email notification when your statement is ready to be viewed.

Current e-Statement Users
Please follow the step above to continue to receive your statement electronically. If you do not complete the step above you will receive a paper statement in the mail.

Bill Pay  

If you are a new user or have previously used Bill Pay, all users will have to enroll and set-up their bills in the new system.

Enrollment is simple! Select the Pay Bills Tab in Online Banking.

First you will see:
1. Pick the bill you want to pay.
2. Enter bill information.
3. Choose how much and when.
Select Enroll & Get Started

Once you set-up your first bill payment you will be enrolled in Bill Pay. Visit the Payment Center to Add a Company or Person and follow the prompts to add additional payees and schedule bills to be paid.
