Dear Premier Financial Credit Union Members,

Premier Financial Credit Union is an essential business and will be serving members by DRIVE-THRU ACCESS ONLY until further notice due to the coronavirus.  

Our drive thru hours will remain the same at this time:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:30 am – NOON 

Premier Financial Credit Union can also be reached by phone during regular business hours. Our team at the credit union is dedicated to assisting you during these challenging times. Most transactions, account inquiries and general questions can be answered over the phone.

Member Relations Specialists are available by appointment only when necessary. Please call to schedule an appointment.

Your money is safe here at the credit union. Your credit union accounts are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) to at least $250,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government. You do not need to withdraw extra cash. Carrying cash and keeping it at home can be a safety issue, if the money is stolen, lost or destroyed, it is not insured and cannot be replaced. Premier Financial Credit Union has established cash withdrawal limits to ensure we can serve all our members requests.

Other ways to conduct transactions:

  • Online Banking & Bank by Phone
    Not an Online Banking or Bank by Phone user? Call us! Online Banking & Bank by Phone are easy to set-up and can allow you to access your accounts 24/7.
  • Debit Card
    Use your debit card to get cash or make transfers at an ATM. Your debit card can also be used to make purchases so you do not need extra cash. Debit cards are available to qualifying members. Please contact the credit union to order a debit card. 
  • Night Depository
    Use the Night Depository box located outside each office by the drive thru. Simply put your transaction in an envelope, label it with your name, account number and what you’d like done. The transaction will be performed the next business morning when we open.
  • Online Loan Application
    Visit our website, www.yourpfcu.com and select “Apply Now Loan Application” to complete an online application. Once you complete and submit the application, a Member Relations Specialist will contact you to get started on your loan.
  • Coronavirus Scams
    The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has issued a warning about COVID-19 money scams. Please be alert and careful during this time to ensure you are keeping yourself safe from scammers.
