Dear Members,

Premier Financial Credit Union has made the difficult decision to delay the opening of our lobbies due to the recent rise in positive COVID-19 cases in our counties. We continue to monitor the situation as the safety of our staff and members is our top priority.

Premier Financial Credit Union continues to serve members by DRIVE-THRU ACCESS ONLY for routine transactions.

The drive-thru is adequately staffed to serve all three lanes. Please use the first lane for more complex transactions (coin counting, etc.). Another option is to drop your deposit in the Night Depository. Night Deposit transactions are posted throughout the day (Monday – Friday) until 4:00 pm (deposits made after 4:00 pm will be posted the next business day).

Our drive-thru hours are:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:30 am – NOON 

Our lobbies are open by appointment only during business hours for other services (account opening, loan closing, safe deposit box entry and other needs). Please call 920.898.4232 to schedule an appointment with a PFCU team member.

Premier Financial Credit Union can also be reached by phone during regular business hours. Our team at the credit union is dedicated to assisting you during these challenging times. Most transactions, account inquiries and general questions can be answered over the phone.
